Citroën South Africa has launched its first compact SUV in South Africa,
the Citroën C4 Aircross. The C4 Aircross is offered in three trim levels, the Attraction,
Seduction and Exclusive.
Apart from the raised elevation for the driver which offers
a clear view of the long road ahead, the controls in the cabin have been
efficiently arranged around the driver for maximum efficiency. Manual air
conditioning is available for the Attraction model and other variants offer
climate control, auto headlight and wiper switching, as well as rear parking
sensors.
The C4 Aircross totals 4.43 meters in length and offers
plenty of space for five passengers. Luggage capacity is at 384 litres with
foldable rear seats offering additional space along with numerous storage
compartments.
All C4 Aircross models are fitted with a naturally aspirated
2.0 litre petrol engine capable of 113kW and 198Nm of torque. Five-speed manual
transmission is offered for the Attraction and Seduction models and variable ‘automatic’
transmission is available for the Seduction and top-end Exclusive model. Safety
features include anti-skid ABS brakes, EBD, EBA and ESP while the Exclusive
model features ESP.
