South African Idol’s winner, Khaya Mthethwa, has received a new Ford Fiesta 1.6 Titanium after clinching the idol’s title at the Mosaïek Teatro in Fairlands yesterday. The 25-year old Durbanite received the most public votes beating 23-year old Melissa from Port Elizabeth.
The five-door Ford Fiesta 1.6 Titanium features a 1.6-litre
engine, leather interior, automatic air conditioning, cruise control,
radio/CD/MP3 with six speakers, Bluetooth and Voice Control, Aux audio connector
and USB port.
“Our involvement with Idols has been a fantastic opportunity for us to engage with like-minded fans. Khaya will no doubt be a great ambassador for the brand and we are excited to see him driving off in a Fiesta Titanium,” said Ford Marketing Manager, Gavin Golightly.
